Nanocharacterization and Nanomanufacturing

Nanocharacterization methods covers the main characterization methods used in nanomaterials and nanostructures. The chapters concentrate on the essential aspects of characterization methods and their different approaches. Nanomanufacturing refers to a series of fabrication operations to make nanoscale structures and bias utilizing nanomaterials and enables the innovation of new materials and products that have operations similar as material junking processes, device assembly, medical bias, electrostatic coating and filaments, and lithography.
